American greetings has a new line of cards out called Tasties.
This card idea was taken and copied from me and my company Fifth Element-Flavor cards. It’s plain to see that their cards are an exact copy of our flavor cards.
Fifth Element approached American Greetings back in 2003 with our idea for a greeting card line with taste. American Greetings signed a non-disclosure agreement so that we were able to talk openly about my companies innovation. American greetings said that they weren’t interested in the product at the time, but has now taken the idea and branded it as their own!
They have ‘inventions from American Greetings’ printed on the back of their Tasties cards. Is this fair? The largest card company in the world shouldn’t be stealing ideas from smaller companies!
